I’m Lorita Shaw, MBA, the Founder of Data Analytics, Simplified® and a Senior Data Engineering and Analytics professional with more than 13 years of experience working across data, analytics, business operations, and technology.

Alongside my enterprise work, I have supported hundreds of professionals many from nontraditional and nontechnical backgrounds as they navigated analytics education, career transitions, and professional growth.

I also understand what it means to build a data career without beginning with a traditional computer science background. My own path taught me that learning tools is only one part of the equation. You must also understand how those tools connect to business needs, professional responsibilities, and the work you want to perform.

What I have seen repeatedly is that many people are not struggling because they cannot learn. They are struggling because no one has helped them determine what they should learn, why they need it, or where it fits.

Refund Policy

Course Refunds:

  • Full Refund: If a participant cancels their enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If a participant cancels within 3 to 7 days before the course starts, they are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the course start date, no refund will be provided.
  • Transfer Option: If a participant is unable to attend a course, they can request to transfer their enrollment to a future session at no extra cost, provided the request is made before the course begins.
  • Missed Classes: No refunds are offered for missed classes, but participants will have access to course recordings if applicable.
